Farmers and Farm Workers

Farmers and farm workers are basic important ingredients of the human economy in the world. Every business and human being directly or indirectly depends on farmers and farm workers. When farmers grow bumper crops, all businesses in the cities flourish. Farmers go to cities and purchase necessary things and equipments for their routine use. City businessmen become capable to purchase luxury goods such as cars and air conditioners for themselves, which gives a boost to large industrialist businessmen like Adani, Ambani, Birla and others.

Some countries have a very low population of farmers but they are doing well, and they are dependent on the farmers of other countries. Switzerland has a very well developed banking system. It receives deposits of money from rich individuals, politicians and smugglers of the world. That money is indirectly linked to farmers.

Some of the countries are not taking care of farmers. They are damaging the farmers by creating destructive laws based on the advice of short-sighted economists. The day is not far when we will have to depend on artificial unhealthy food. Some pesticide, weedicide, and fertilizer companies are promoting their products just to make huge profits. Let farmers grow crops, vegetables and fruits without toxic chemicals with organic farming as they were growing before 1950, so that everyone can get organic food, which is the need of the day. Organic farming is only possible when the population of the world comes down, however businessmen continue to promote population growth to sell their products.
