Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce risk of diseases, strengthen bones and muscles, improve your ability to everyday activities. Exercise is proven to help prevent and manage non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, several cancers, prevent hypertension, maintain healthy body weight and improve mental health, quality of life and wellbeing. During the period of exercise cortisol, prolactin, growth hormone, and testosterone hormone rise while a rise in luteinizing hormone becomes evident only after rest. Level of follicle stimulation hormone and thyroid stimulating hormone remained unchanged.


We can choose exercise according to our age, interest, and purpose. We can go for walks, jogging, running, playing any game according to our choice or join the gym. Anyone who does exercise regularly looks smart, active, impressive, physically fit, mentally alert, and has an improved quality of sleep, reduced feeling of anxiety, improved immune system, healthy skin, better digestives system, good metabolism, reduced risk of chronic diseases, boosted stamina, increased life span, and tends to lead a happier life.


In order to live life longer, healthier, and happier, it is essential to exercise daily for mental and physical development. Exercise is important for overall growth of a person. It is essential to maintain a balance between work, rest, and physical activities.
