Around mid-life, most people develop knee problems. It is a symptom of ageing. Muscles around the knees become weak and due to this, we face problems. The problem may be overcome by strengthening the muscles around the knees. Twenty-five years ago when I was fifty years old, I had knee problems, but I managed them with self-created exercises that worked for me. Please note that this treatment worked for me but may not work for everyone; it is up to you to decide your needs.
Exercise -
No.1 Sit on the ground and stretch/ tighten your leg and then loosen it, fifty times.
No.2 Lay down on the bed, stretch and raise your leg up and down, turn by turn, fifty times (one leg at a time).
No.3 Bend forward and put your hands on the bed, raise your leg up and down, turn by turn, fifty times.
No.4 Lay down on the left side and raise your right leg up and down, fifty times.
No.5 Lay down on the right side and raise the left leg up and down, fifty times.
No.6 Maintain optimum weight and eat normal and healthy food.
With these exercises, I solved my knee problem. These exercises provide good results when you are middle-aged and by doing these, you can avoid knee surgery. For seniors, these exercises will also help to solve knee problems. If it is due to ageing, then it works very well, but if it is a medical problem, please consult your doctor.
